ARES 30 - Load capacity up to 15 Kg 933 Lbs). The fork's slide thickness is just 30 mm, making it one of the smallest forks on the market. ARES 30 can move loads with limited weight, especially where a small size ratio is required. Belts and pulleys provide the movement. This kind of Telescopic Fork achieves remarkable performance in terms of top speed and acceleration. The fixed body consists of parts made of a steel/aluminum compound to ensure the fork's low weight.

ARES 40 W120 – Load capacity up to 80 Kg (176.37 Lbs). This telescopic fork can move loads with limited weight, especially where a small size ratio is required. ARES 40 W220

ARES 40 W220 – Load capacity up to 120 Kg (265 Lb). This Telescopic fork has been designed and built to handle loads with limited weight but unusually bulky or heavier than 120kg (265 Lb). The motion systrem is a belt/gears group, thus it can reach remarkable top speed and acceleration. The wider top plate (provided with a grip pad) allows carrying the load safely and firmly. Specifically designed for high-performance mini-load applications with a high number of working cycles. The width of the upper plate can be adjusted according to the customer’s needs.

ARES 52

ARES 52 – Load capacity up to 200 Kg (441 Lb).  The ARES 52 is a single-depth fork designed for handling medium-light loads; it displays similar features to the ARES 40, the only difference being the transmission system run by hardened gears and racks. This transmission type allows ARES 52 to operate at an outstanding speed and acceleration, with extraordinary work paces. Its strong points are outstanding repeatability and precision. Due to high performance, it is recommended that the stability of the load be taken into account. ARES 52 is most suitable for use as a single fork.

Ares 55 is a fork designed to handle light loads with a carrying capacity of up to 50 Kg. Due to its small size, it is designed for applications requiring a small size ratio. This fork is similar in size and features to the Ares 40; the advantage of the Ares 55 is its transmission system, run by hardened gears and racks, which allows it to operate at an outstanding speed and acceleration. This telescopic fork type can achieve remarkable performances at an extraordinary work pace.

ARES 65  – Load capacity per 2 forks set is up to 1200 Kg (2650 Lb). The ARES 65 is typically used in automated warehousing for handling euro pallets that are sized 800 x 1200 [mm]. This fork is very versatile due to its contained dimensions and very low deflections. There are two versions of this fork available: one manufactured with gears and chains and another with only racks and treated gears. The best version of the ARES 65 for your application will be determined by the working environment and conditions. With high efficiency, long life, and low maintenance operations, the model ARES 65 Telescopic Fork is one of our most successful models.

ARES 65K - The load Capacity is up to 1000 Kg. The advantages of this mono-fork are its high moment of inertia and relatively small size. With only a 65 mm thickness, this single fork can pick up a 1000 Kg load efficiently and quickly with very little deflection. The ARES K is very useful in all those situations where there`s no room for a typical pair of forks and where the load to handle is something other than the normal euro pallet.

ARES 65 W150

ARES 65 W150 - Load capacity for two forks is 600 Kg. The ARES 65 W150 has a carrying capacity of 300 Kg (1322 Lbs) on each fork, with only a 150 mm width on the upper slide. The standard version includes the transmission system with pinions/gears and racks. Like many of the LHD  products, the ARES 65 W150 is customizable to a single fork, a pair of forks, or an array of forks. The application and environmental conditions often determine model selection. ARES 70 - Load capacity up to 1350 Kg (2980 Lbs). The ARES 70 has a similar design to the ARES 65 but a more robust structure ideal for handling non-conventional loads in automated warehouses. ARES 85 K - Load capacity up to 1750 Kg (3860 Lbs). The Ares 85 K is similar in design to the 65 K but with a middle slide thickness increased by 20 mm, which allows the handling of heavier loads (up to 1750 Kg). ARES 100 - Load capacity per set of two forks, up to 800 Kg (1765 Lbs). This Single Depth Telescopic Fork is versatile and useful because it can pass through narrow openings where other forks don’t fit in. Its moment of inertia is very high, and although its thickness is not excessive, the ARES 100 benefits from an outstanding carrying capacity with only slight bending. The ARES 100 fork transmission is entirely operated by racks and pinions, and it can attain a high operating speed. This fork is ideally used in the automotive and wood or steel industry.

The ARES 140 SLV is a telescopic fork with a load capacity of up to 1,600 kg (3,530 lbs). The ARES 140 SLV is a very versatile and innovative fork; with a width of only 100x140mm, it can fit through narrow openings while handling heavy loads. Its moment of inertia is very high, and although its thickness is not excessive, the ARES 100 benefits from an outstanding carrying capacity with only slight bending. ATHENA 220 SLV can carry up to 4000 Kg (8820 Lbs) and is considered the larger version of the ARES 140 SLV model. The high moment of inertia lies mainly in its arm thickness rather than its width in this type of telescopic fork. It is built to navigate through narrow openings while still being able to handle heavy loads, such as large metal or paper coils, with low bending and a long life cycle.

HEPHAESTUS – Load capacity up to 800 Kg (1765 Lbs). With a thickness of just 55 mm, his fork can handle loads up to 800 kg with a low deflection. The unusual arrangement of its gear train allows it to cover the middle slide completely, making the HEPHAESTUS highly recommended for "dirty" working environments (e.g., sand molded casting).
