ARACHNE X8

ARACHNE X8 – Load capacity up to 120 Kg (265 Lbs). This patented carton loading solution can move three plastic boxes (or cartons) with dimensions from 200×300 to 600×400 mm (7.87x11.81 in. to 23.62x15.75 in.), each box weighing 40 Kg (88.18 lbs.) for a total of 120 kgs. (40+40+40 Kgs. / 256 lbs.). In the picking phase, two telescopic arms with 70 mm thickness reach the load on the shelf and drag it onboard the shuttle using small pivoting fingers. The following options are available: single belt, double belts, triple belts, sheet flat, single rolls conveyor, width adjustment, and automatic bridge to avoid having a gap between the shelf and the system.

ARACHNE X10

ARACHNE X10 – Load capacity up to 100 Kg (220 Lbs). ARACHNE X10 is a new introduction to the LHD product line. Like every ARACHNE product from LHD SpA, ARACHNE X10 was developed especially for handling cartons or plastic boxes. This newly designed solution can handle up to 4 boxes with a total load-carrying capacity of up to 100 kg (max. 25 Kg per box) using small pivoting fingers. Unlike other devices from our Arachne series, the main feature of ARACHNE X10 is the ability to handle cartons or plastic boxes of different widths but of the same depth simultaneously (e.g., 600 x 400/300×400). We recommend consulting our technical department to size and select an Arachne series fork.

ARACHNE XX4

ARACHNE XX4 – Load capacity up to 50 kg (110 Lbs). The ARACHNE can handle one plastic box (or carton) about as large as 600×400 mm (23.62x15.75 in.) weighing 50 Kgs. (110.23 lbs.) In the picking phase, two telescopic arms reach the load on the shelf and drag it onboard the shuttle using small pivoting fingers. The single belt system on board the XX4 version can handle one box at once.  The following options are available: single belt, double belts, triple belts, sheet flat, single rolls conveyor, width adjustment, and automatic bridge to avoid having a gap between the shelf and the system. The ARACHNE allows you to reduce the spaces between the boxes in the cells because its telescopic arms are only 74 mm thick, thus reducing the width of the whole shelf.

ARACHNE XX6

ARACHNE XX6 – Load capacity up to 60 kg (133 Lbs). The ARACHNE XX6 is a patented double-depth two-box load-handling solution. The ARACHNE can handle two (1+1) plastic boxes (or cartons) about as large as 600×400 mm (7.87x11.81 in.) weighing 30 Kg (66.14 lbs.). In the picking phase, two telescopic arms reach the load on the shelf and drag it onboard the shuttle using small pivoting fingers. The single belt system on board the XX6 version can handle two boxes at once. The following options are available: single belt, double belts, triple belts, sheet flat, single rolls conveyor, width adjustment, and automatic bridge to avoid having a gap between the shelf and the system. The ARACHNE allows you to reduce the spaces between the boxes in the cells because its telescopic arms are only 74 mm thick, thus reducing the width of the whole shelf.

ARACHNE Z4

ARACHNE Z4 – Load capacity up to 50 kg (110 Lbs). The ARACHNE Z4 can perform with reversed telescopic arms. Can handle one plastic box (or carton) about as big as 600×400 mm weighing 50 Kgs., in simple depth.  In the picking phase, two telescopic arms reach the load on the shelf and drag it onboard the shuttle using small pivoting fingers. The ARACHNE can attain remarkable work speeds due to its light structure. Compared with similar carton loading forks on the market, the ARACHNE is more straightforward to use, has a high performance, and its slender structure makes maintenance easier.
